This machine is a new type of machine for WPC embossing, PVC embossing, wood panel embossing, etc. The new advantage of this machine is its automatic deck thickness adjustment, as it can identify embossing decks of different thickness, so as to make sure the embossing depth is steady and the pattern is clear.

6. Adjustment of embossing depth：adjusted by automatic single cylinder hydraulic pressure fine adjustment (when two boards are not of same thickness they can adjust automatically. Adjusting area: 0.1MM-0.4MM)
7. Heating power of rollers: 6KW (heated by the revolving conducting ring)

9. The embossing material feeding is equipped with buffering device (the hydro-cylinder is equipped with buffering). Working pressure is 1-5Mpa.
