Mirror polishing machine
the so called 8k polishing machine, is widely used to polish stainless steel sheet surface finish.
Process material: stainless steel sheet
Thickness: 0.5-3.0mm cold rolled stainless steel sheet as standard
Width: 1000mm, 1250mm, 1500mm, as standard.
Extra thickness, or hot rolled steel, extra width, can be customized designed and produced.
By high speed rotating head, wrapped by grinding and polishing material, with aluminum oxide or ferric oxide mixture polishing media, the sheet will finally have a high reflection mirror effect.
Our stand machine is designed for 1000mm to 1550mm wide, and 0, 5 to 3.0 mm thick sheet; different configuration of 48/56/60 heads, due to speed and sheet material condition requirement.
The machine is composed by feeding roller table, main machine (grinding part and polishing part), washing and drying machine, lamination machine.
We also design and produce customized machine, high thickness, or extra width.
