This coproduct is recovered from crude soybean oil by continuous hydration and
centrifugation. Fresh crude lecithin was chose as material, and then processed by
vacuum thin film evaporation and rapid chilling method. Soybean lecithin is mainly composed by lecithin (phosphatidylcholine, PC), cephalin (phosphatidylethanolamine, PE), phosphatidylinositol (PI), phosphatidylserine (PS), phosphatidic acid (PA), essential fatty acids (EFA), glycolipoprotein, VE (400 mg/kg), neutral oil, etc.
