Product Features

A margarine suitable for baklava with the tastefulness, density and aroma of Urfa butter. Highly favored by customers due to permanent golden brightness and unique buttery taste added to products. Provides clean storage and convenience with 18 liter can. Ustam Baklava margarine is the preference of chefs who are fond of buttery taste in their products.

Special Considerations

Since Ustam Baklava margarine has a balanced buttery taste and aroma it is not recommended to mix it with Urfa butter (plain butter). Ustam Baklava margarine should be melted using bain-marie method with no exposition to direct heat. Thus, heat spreads equally and margarine melts easily without burning. After products in baklava style are baked the fat accumulating on the top should be added to the separately melted and unused margarine. Products must be kept in room temperature (16-20 degrees), and must never be stored under the oven.
