INTRODUCTION
Plan Shifter in a flour mill plays a very important role in wheat processing and producing flour. The Plan Shifter is used for shifting and classifying grinded grain by roller mill. Processing of shifting is arranged according to milling diagramed.SPECIFICATIONSix section steel body is made: Central supporting structure is made of heavy duty welded steel sheet of 5mm thickness. Cast iron counter made mounded on double row roller bearing. Three shifting section made of welded steel sheet 2mm, 1.5mm and 1mm firmly fastened to the central supporting structure with high stress resistant bolts. Stainless steel covered shifting section access doors sieve frame heaving dimensions of 500mm x 580mm 16 frame per section. Dimension length 2280mm width 2280mm height 2000mm.
