The surface treatment technique of our multi-purpose non-stick kitchen work/baking mat is PTFE non-stick coating on one side with non-slip coating on the other. The non-stick side is ideal for dough kneading, mixing, preparing and rolling while non-slip side helps improve the efficiency of kitchen work and protect the countertop.
