I.KJS120-650 mini slitter machine line

KJS650# series NC precision slitting production line is for material max. 4mm thick, max.650mm width of coil, with speed 10-120m/min(adjustable), cutting strips 15 pieces . The machine can do uncoiling, slitting , tensioning and recoiling works.

Machine consists of uncoiler , loop pit , side guide , slitting machine & power unit , transition table , scrap winder, rear loop, tension unit , recoiler , hydraulic system , electrical system and so on.

The whole line is controlled by PLC with computer display. We mainly apply computer-control system of brands Omron, Siemens, Delta etc.. According to order amount , cutting strips, different strip width , line speed, the user can set it freely.
