finally we meet again, please let me know if the following item is for interest

Im acting as a mandate from a Mexican Mining Group.

Could you please send me a LOI with the specs of the iron that you are looking for.

The mine can supply easily 700, 000 MT per month.

Fe content: 65% +

Size: 0 to 1 mm / 6.35 to 10, 0mm / 10, 0 mm to 30, 00 mm

Price: NYMEX or Other Index

Discount: To be agreed

Selling process: FOB or CFR

Payment Instrument: SBLC for the first shipment, and an IRDLC for a 12 month

contract of 150, 000 MT per month.

Delivery: 30-45 days after the SBLC is in place, PB 2% Against the Payment Instrument.

As a mandate, I will deal only with the direct buyer or the mandate buyer.

I will present my mandate agreement as part of our selling process.

The mine has all the permissions in order to start the exportation process.

I will need an LOI accepting the payment instruments, for us is the most critical point to

be considered in this transaction. I will submit an FCO as soon as I get the LOI.
