EHS series Anti-corrosive Graphite Digestor is a sample preparation device which can work in a high-concentration acid mist environment. It can digestion up to 60 samples at the same time which fully meet the needs of batch processing.WithAutomatic lift and down function, greatly reduce manual operation.
Automatic lift and down ——Protect the samples
○Samples automatically liftedfor cooling
The rack automatically rises and dissipate the heat of samples once heating procedure finish, to avoidsamples destroyed bygraphite block residual heat.
○Samples suspended and heated toalmost dry
When the digestion is nearly complete and little sample remain, tubes can be lifted tosuspend so it can be easily observed till to nearly dry, avoiding sample destruction.
○Observe samples out from window
The sample rack can be lifted by wire control switch or app software, and users can observe the sampleseasily out from fume hood glass.
Multiple protection—Anti-corrosion & Durable
○Stainless steel surface with Teflon coating, double anti-corrosion;
○Thickened Teflon coating on the surface of the graphite body, effectively prevent acid corrosion;
○Independently sealed electrical system, heat insulation and corrosion protection;
○Capacitive touch buttons isolated design, avoid acid gas corrosion;
