Okara, or Soy Pulp is a by-product of soymilk and tofu making process. Okara has high protein content and has many uses ranging from food ingredient to animal feed:
Dried Okara powder can be used as a gluten-free alternative to flour in baked goods The high protein content makes Okara an excellent ingredient for vegan/vegetarian meals Okara can be mixed into pet food as an alternative source of protein
Our Okara is produced from 100% Australian and GMO free soybeans. We can currently supply up to 46.8 metric tonnes per year, but we are expecting to increase production volume significantly in 2017.
