Desiccant rotor is the core part of rotor dehumidifier. We provide products and services for high quality silica gel desiccant rotor in rotor dehumidifier, drying and cooling systems, and air-conditioning system.  This product is made from special and high quality silica gel through complex process with combination of media fiber.

Features:

1. High Adsorption Performance

It has proved that PureSci silica gel desiccant rotor, with the gluing rate over 82%, is mainly made of extremely high activated silica gel that is formed in fiber and has low density as for the tiny pores on the surface, therefore, it can do high efficient dehumidifying process. Under dry status, its density is 240/m3, while under humid environment, its moisture absorption can reach 40% of its weight under dry status.

2. Surface Strength

It has tested that the surface compressive strength is over 200KPa(0.2MPa).

3. Washable

It can be washed with water or non-alkaline liquid.

4. Fireproof Performance

Its special medium has good fireproof property, which is subject to E-84 standard by the test of ASTME, an American authoritative testing institution, and has no combustion or smog.

5. Customization

All specifications and sizes of desiccant rotors can be customized according to customers’ requirements.

6. Variety in structure

The rotor structure could be made according to the customers’ requirements, such as selection of raw material of the metal parts and with or without flange etc. For large rotors, we provide cutting package and on-site assembly mode.
