our lime slaker is not a single machine, it is a production line. the process is like this: 1. to crush the quick lime into 5mm size, 2. then lift quick lime into raw material silo. 3. feed them into first slaker. 4. to be slaked continously in the second slaker. 5. bag filter is mounted on second slaker. 6. powder seperater seperate powder and slags. 7. powder is collected by powder collecter. 8. powder is lifted into product silo. for more information, please contact us, we will let you see the video of the plant. after seeing , you will understand the performance of the line. the capacity varies from 3tph to 20tph. please note, the line has two slag out let, one is on second slaker, the other is on powder seperater. the finished output size is 200 mesh size. the moistoure is less than 1 percent. the temperature before into the product silo is less than 30 degrees centigrade. if you need to pack the finished product, you can install a packing machine under the product silo.
