XL9000 Geocell Ultrasonic automatic welding production line is the most advanced Ultrasonic application equipment produced by our company.This welding production line use the XL series Ultrasonic plastic welding machine and VB series programmable controller, with flexible combination design, advanced technology, reliable operation performance.This production line mainly composed by multiple sets of ultrasonic plastic welding machines, compared with the same scale production line, it has advantages of less equipment investment, good welding quality, easy cooperation and save auxiliary time, and has the absolute advantage of saving plant space and operators cost.
 
Features of the production line:
1. It equipped imported PLC controller, touch-screen and parameter setting part.
2. Using the original Germany imported Piezoelectric ceramic transducer, which has stable robust output power.
3. LCD touch screen control panel.
4. The welding moulds made of the US aerospace aluminum alloy, horizontal adjustable design, more convenient and adjust the moulds quickly.
5. New power amplifier circuit, with bigger robust power and more durable transducer.
6. Automatic tracking frequency, multiple parameter settable.
7. The welded sheet dimensions:5cm, 10cm, 15cm, 20cmX900cm(maximum), 0-99sheets adjustable.
8. The air pump filter system use a 3.0 CBM refrigerated dryer
9. Suitable materials:PP.PE.PVC.
