Autosampler vials can be used to inject samples from an autosampler. During the injection process, the autosampler needle pierces the vial cap and extracts the desired amount of analyte from the vial. HPLC autosampler vials are typically categorized based on vial diameter, vial height, and thread finish. Clear glass and amber glass have similar inertness. Amber glass is used to protect sensitive samples from UV light. Markings on the vial help provide sample identification information.

1. Vial Inserts
Different bottom shape for choosing, including flat bottom, concial bottom, and concial bottom with polyspring. Micro-Inserts can be used on all 1.5ml vials.

Capacity selection guide:
150µL and 250µL: Suitable for 8mm vials.
250µL and 300µL: Suitable for 9mm, 10mm, and 11mm vials.


2. Caps and Septa

Cap Selection Guide
Screw Cap: Offers low evaporation, suitable for sample storage.
Crimp Cap: Provides the best sealing performance, effectively reducing sample evaporation, but requires the use of a crimping tool.
Snap Cap: Easy to operate, but the sealing performance is not as good as screw caps and crimp caps.

Septa Selection Guide
PTFE/Silicone: The most versatile septa material. 
Pre-slit PTFE/Silicone: Pre-slit in the center to facilitate needle penetration, reducing septa wear.
PTFE/Silicone/PTFE: The dual-layer design effectively prevents silicone shedding while maintaining excellent resealability.

3. Crimper and Decrimper
Used for sealing and opening 11mm crimp vials and caps, ensuring a secure seal for sample vials, and facilitating sampling and subsequent analysis.
