Flex Horizontal Flow Wrapping Machine is a very versatile machine which can wrap cylindrical, cubical and irregular shaped solid products like Soap / Bottle / Bearing / Cake / Disposable syringe / Pencil Cells / Ice Cream / Piston Rings / Spark Plug / Plastic Spoon pre-filled pouches and Similar Product in pillow pack pouch.
The machine is an operator friendly machine with a speed range of 25 to 150 packs per minute (speed can vary depending upon material). The machine is controlled by PLC (programmable logic control) and provided with an operator friendly MMI (man machine interface).
All the temperature controllers provided in the machine are PID. The machine has a built in high sensitivity, high response photo registration to ensure accurate positioning of the product and cutting of the film even at high speeds which results in less wastage of packing material.
The machine comes with features like automatic pouch length adjustment mechanism, adjustable forming unit for a wide range of roll width, which ensure short change over times as well as no change parts.
The machine can be provided with customized in-feed system in synchronization with the manufacturing process of the customer. This machine can be used to pack the products like soap, chocolate bars, disposable syringes, IV Fluid bottles, auto spare parts, bearing etc.
Machine can be provided with an optional attachment like coding unit, overload clutch etc. (at an extra cost).
