Instantizwed Whey Protein Concentrate 80% is manufactured from spraydried sweet dairy whey which is isolated (separated) through Microfiltration process atlow temperatures. The Agglomeration process further enhances this product functional characteristics through the modification of both particles size and the density to provide an excellent dispersion (disolve) in cold or hot liquids. The production facility is US-FDA registered, utilizes complete HACCP program and Good Manufacturign Practices (GMP)
