Our factory is situated in the Eastern part of Kazakhstan. It is a new factory with the high end technologies and facilities imported from Italy. The quality of the product has international level C and D.

"Wet-blue" cattle-cake mix past chroming process.

Tanned "blue" cake mix should have blue color, fixed structure, durable, elastic and plastic, wet, smooth and without screeds. Hood 3.6-4.2 welding temperature of at least 100 degrees.

Moisture content of 55.6 +/- 2;

Mass fraction of oxy chromatogram at least 3.7-4.2%;

Mass fraction of unbound fatty substances leather fabric of 6-14%;

The tensile strength for the individual semis Mpa (kgf mm kW) not less than 1.2, the total elongation for individual semis at a voltage of 4.9 MPa (0, 5kgs / mm sq. M.)% - 30-50%;

Tanned (shrinkage) -0-1%;

Chrome 3.7-4.2%;

Thickness 2, 5-4, 5mm;

The average area of "wet blue" KRS- 300 sq. dm.
