Our Factory is around 10 Miles away from Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi INDIA about 30 minutes Drive from Airport.
Our current capacity of 100 Tons per month & 65 tons of twisting , also with a proposed project for dyeing to come in next 1 years at its 3 rd unit also on National Highway 8 near Indira Gandhi International Airport , NEW DELHI will add the capacity to 250 tons of Dyed yarn and 125 tons of twisting per month .
Details of product :-
1. We can offer you 120/1, 300/1, 450/1, 600/1 denier single and twisted yarn in 1000 colours which we are producing for your market and the end use is , Laces, Trimmings, Tassels etc.
2. We can offer you for weaving natural Rawwhite or dyed in 120/500TPM or 150/450 TPM or tailor made for you .
3. We can offer embroidery yarn in 600 colours out of colour range in 600 colours ( refer attachment )
4. We produce carpet yarn for 300x2, 300x3, 600x2, 600x3 upto 600x36 ply. ( For carpet industry )
5. We produce 2 sizes available with us for export market in 600 colour embroidery colour card.
6. Y cone available is 2000 yds = 1830 metre ( 2000 yds X 12 Y c yds with approx wt 600 gms net )
7. Tube box available is 765 yds = 700 mtr (10 tubes box X 765 yds = 7650 yds box ( wt approx 200 gms net approx )
