钛白粉在橡胶工业中用作着色剂，还具有增强、抗老化、填充的作用。钛白粉添加到白色和彩色橡胶制品中，在阳光下，耐日晒，不开裂，不变色，伸长率大，耐酸碱。橡胶钛白粉，主要用于汽车轮胎和橡胶鞋、橡胶地板、手套、运动器材等，一般以锐钛矿为主。但是，对于汽车轮胎的生产，通常会添加一定量的金红石型产品，以增强抗臭氧和抗紫外线能力。

钛白粉也广泛用于化妆品中。由于钛白粉无毒且远优于铅白，因此几乎所有种类的香精粉都使用钛白粉代替铅白和锌白。粉体中只需加入5%-8%的钛白粉，即可获得永久的白色，使香料更加滑爽，具有粘附、吸收和遮盖力。水粉和冷霜中的钛白粉可以减少油腻和透明的感觉。二氧化钛还可用于各种其他香料、防晒霜、皂苷、白皂和牙膏。
