The battery life in heavy use mode is 5 days: automatic heart rate measurement once every 15 minutes, exercise for 30 minutes a week, turn on message notifications (100 message reminders per day, 5 call reminders), turn on Bluetooth calls, and turn on the daily wrist bright screen.
The basic standby is used for 45 days: turn off automatic monitoring, turn off message notifications, turn off call reminders, turn off Bluetooth calls, turn off the wrist to bright screen, turn off the screen brightness to 10% or less, turn off sports mode and automatic motion recognition.
