PP granulate producing machine
This line adopt special screw design and different configurations and used for recycling and granulating of PP、PE、PET、 PS、 ABS、 PA、 PVC、 PC、POM、 EVA、 PMMA materials. Gearbox adopt high torque design to achieve functions of low noise and stable operation. Surface of screws and barrals were treated specially, which are wearable, good mixing, high output. The design of vacuum or nature air vent can remove the water, waste air and make extrusion material more stable, denser to ensure the quality products.
This line is made up of conical twin screw extruder and assistant machines, which is used for granulating of PVC、 PE powder. The granules are uniformity, dense, beautiful. It is cut by mould section, transmission by wind, cool by libration isolation. It is high automatic, high productive and so on.
