Description

BETONUS EAC This is a light coloured concrete mould oil for the construction of houses, buildings,

subways and bridges. This mould oil is based on high grade refined base oils and a suitable solvent,

containing non-toxic surface-active and anti-corrosive compounds. Together with the bleeding water from

the concrete, this mould oil provides a low interfacial surface tension, which gives a smooth surface finish.

When used in the correct way this mould oil has the following properties:

- good removal from the moulds without damaging the concrete

- good rust protection of the steel moulds at normal conditions

- good release characteristics

- keeps the concrete dustfree

- good preventing against put-forming in the concrete surface

- no problems can be expected afterwards with, wallpaper, tiles etc.

- no discolouring of the concrete-surface.

Applications

BETONUS EAC This mould oil is recommended for steel and coated wooden moulds and should be

applied, by spraying, swabbing or brushing, as a thin layer.

For coated wooden moulds: use 1 litre of this mould oil at 30-40 m²

For steel moulds: use 1 litre of this mould oil at 40-50 m².

After applying the overspill must be removed, otherwise it tends to give oil marks on the concrete when to

much is used. This mould oil can also be used for the manufacturing of concrete in warm moulds.
