- 1. Product Descirpition
Wireless photoelectric smoke fire detection alarm (hereinafter referred to as "smoke detector") is a device that detects fire by sensing smoke. When smoke is generated and reaches a certain concentration, the device will send out an audible and visual alarm signal, and meanwhile send a wireless signal to the main gateway, prompt you to take corresponding measures on-site and remotely, effectively protect you and your family safety of life and property.

3. Installation
(1) Add the smoke detector to the corresponding host by scanning the QR code or learning, then install the battery into the battery slot; When the power is turned on, the green light of the smoke detector will stay on for 1 second, and then initialization will begin for 5 seconds. Press the mute/self-test button for about 1 second, confirm that the indicator red and green lights flash alternately once, and the buzzer beeps once, indicating that the smoke detection function is normal.
(2) Drill holes in the ceiling with a hammer drill.
(3) Install expansion screws on the ceiling.
(4) Fix the bottom plate of the housing with self-tapping screws.
(5) Align the marked points on the smoke detector and the base plate and close them, rotate them clockwise until they stop turning, indicating that they are in place.
(6) Press and hold the mute/self-test button for about 3 seconds, and the buzzer will sound. The smoke detector enters the simulated alarm state. Send wireless alarm signal to main gateway.
(7) Installation Precautions:
a. Smoke detectors are only for use on indoor ceilings.
b. Avoid being exposed to the sun and keep a distance of more than 50 centimeters from lighting equipment.
c. Do not install in the bathroom, in areas prone to water or with water droplets.
d. Do not install in places where prone to generate non-fire smoke or steam.
e. When the cabinet is close to the ceiling, the smoke detector is kept at least 60 cm away from the cabinet.
f. Keep smoke detector at least 1.5 meters away from ventilation fans, air conditioners and vents.
g. When the battery is missing, the smoke detector can not be installed into the bottom plate.
h. Smoke detector operate at temperatures from -10°C to +55°C. Do not install in environments outside this range.
4. Fire Alarm Function
(1) Smoke Detected
The smoke detector will send outaudible and visual alarm prompts immediately after it detects smoke, and meanwhile sends wireless alarm messages to the main gateway.
Note: There is no limit on the number of alarm messages sent within 12 hours after the smoke detector is powered on. It will enter the cost-saving mode after 12 hours of power on.
( If the alarm message exceeds ten times in an hour, it will be limited to ten minutes before sending a wireless signal. When the alarm does not occur for 24 consecutive hours, it can return to normal. )
(2) If a fire occurs, take appropriate measures in a timely manner, such as calling 119, using fire extinguishing equipment, etc.
(3) If there is no fire, you can press the mute/self-test button to mute the alarm (the mute time is about 12 hours, during which there is no sound prompt), you can long press the mute/self-test button for more than 3 seconds to cancel the mute function.
(4) Note: The following situations may trigger a fire alarm
a. Sprayed insecticides, make-up, etc. emit a mist that comes into direct contact with smoke detector.
b. Smoke from burning materials such as cigarettes and incense comes into contact with the smoke detector.
c. Smoke-type, gradually heated evaporative insecticide sprays mist that comes into contact with smoke detector.
d. Cooking fumes or steam, etc. coming into contact with the smoke detector.

5. Fault Alarm Function
(1) Automatically test whether the function is normal
If the smoke cannot be detected normally (in case of malfunction), please contact the dealer for inspection or repair as soon as possible. The smoke detector will not detect smoke and will not sound a fire alarm in the event of a fault. Note: There is no wireless signal prompt for fault alarm.
(2) Fault silence
a. When the smoke sensor detects a malfunction, the indicator light will flash yellow three times continuously every 50 seconds or so, and the buzzer will beep three times continuously at the same time, please contact the maintenance personnel for inspection and repair as soon as possible.
b. When a fault alarm occurs, pressing the Mute/Self-Test button will silence the fault alarm for approximately 45 days.
c. When the fault alarm is silenced, long press the Silence/Self-test button for more than 3 seconds to release the silencing function.
6. Low battery Alarm Function
(1) When the battery is low, the indicator light will flash in yellow every 50 seconds or so, and the buzzer will beep once, please replace the battery as soon as possible; after the low battery alarm, a wireless signal reminder will be sent every 2 hours.
(2) When a low battery alarm occurs, pressing the silence/self-test button will silence the low battery alarm for approximately 45 days.
(3) When the low battery alarm is silenced, long press the mute/self-test button for more than 3 seconds to release the silencing function.
7. Tamper Alarm Function
Press and hold the tamper switch for about 10 seconds and then release it. The smoke detector will send out an tamper alarm message (the wireless signal is the same as the smoke alarm), and without buzzer sound prompt.
Note: Only a maximum of 24 tamper alarm messages are allowed to be sent per day.
8. Heartbeat Function
(1) The smoke detector will send heartbeat data to the main gateway every 2 hours. The main gateway uses this signal to prompt offline or online.
(2) When the smoke detector is low voltage, the heartbeat data sent becomes low voltage data.
9. Alarm Test Function
(1) Press and hold the Mute/Self Test button for about 3 seconds and the buzzer sounds. (Wireless signal is the same as smoke alarm).
Note: Only a maximum of 24 alarm test messages are allowed to be sent per day
(2) When the Mute/Self-Test button is released, the buzzer stops beeping and the smoke detector exits the simulated alarm state.
Note: When the battery power is low or the smoke detector fails or the smoke alarm occurs, the alarm test function is disabled, press and hold for 3 seconds to release the silencer function.
10. Self-test Function
(1) Press and hold (about one second) the mute/self-test button to perform self-test.

(2) When the smoke detector is normal, the green light will flash once every 50 seconds. If not, please check whether the battery is exhausted or the device is malfunctioning.
Note: Perform self-test on the smoke detector(recommended monthly). If any fault is found, please repair it in time.
11. Replacement Battery
(1) Remove the smoke detector
(2) Remove the battery, press and hold the Mute/Self-Test button for about 3 seconds and then release it (to release the residual power of the smoke detector before re-powering).
(3) Insert the new battery, if you see the smoke detector green light stays on for about 1 second, it means the power is successfully powered. Otherwise, repeat step 2.
