These ovens are designed to be stacked up to three high. Each oven has a 75 cm wide conveyor belt and a 150 cm long baking chamber making them a perfect replacement for ordinary ovens.
The sophisticated Control System features a reponsive touch screen that lets you configure the oven bake temperature, bake time, and is capable of controlling single and dual belt conveyor ovens. Should an accident occur — if a utensil or other object fall into your conveyor belt — the system will automatically detect the jam and stop your belt before costly damage can occur. It's able to store up to 30 custom recipies to meet even the most demanding restaurant needs, and those recipies can then be put on a USB flash drive and transferred to other ovens. It also allows store owners to set up a secure password to prevent tampering and ensure your baking process.
