1st class: at least 2.5 cm thick with minimum 20 cm length
2nd class: at least 2 cm thick with minimum 20 cm length
3rd class: at least 1, 5 cm thick with minimum 15 cm length
Harvest is starting in September and continues throghout the year until early April. Supply of stock is available all year long.
