Iron and Steel Plant Alliance has a 20-year experience of producing high-quality Cast Products according to the drawings, specifications, samples and sketches of the customer using ferrous and non-ferrous metals and their alloys.
Cast Products production methods:
1. Sand mold
2. Gravity die casting
3. Lost foam casting, LFC (Expanded polystyrene)
4. Plycast process, PCP (Paraffin)
We accept orders for the manufacture of cast products in a number of one unit or more, while the weight of one casting can range from 11g up to 800 kg.
In addition, we produce ornamental casting, including against individual orders, as well as secondary alloys of non-ferrous and ferrous metals in cast slabs (according to customer sketches).
