Our rotary valves are designed using modern materials to meet the quality of high standards required by industries of today. They are specifically designed for conveying dry products; in powder or granular form; and can cater for products that reach temperatures of up to 90�C and pressures of 1 bar. The casing and side covers are manufactured from mild steel and lined internally with high-grade polyurethane. The rotor arms and shafts are cast as complete units, and also lined with high-grade polyurethane. This means that the product only comes in contact with polyurethane thereby increasing wear resistance relative to conventional steel rotary valves. The main advantage of our Blue Scoop rotary valves is the significant reduction in overall weight due to innovative engineering designs.
