Price shall be at CIF loading Port for one year basis.
D: SHIPMENT:
First shipment will commence within 35 days after receipt, acceptance and activation of each buyers operative Bank DLC with Telegraphic transfer in the sellers bank.
The rest shipments shall be effected within 30 days until the last shipment.
E: PAYMENT:
By Confirmed Irrevocable letter of Credit, 100% upon presentation of shipping Documents per month (5000 mt +/- 5%)
