Waste Oil Distillation plant works as follows:
1. Pump waste oil into distillation reactor by oil pump.
2. Heat the reactor, and the liquid oil will slowly become oil gas, oil gas will go through catalytic chamber and condenser, then diesel will be cooled out first by controlling the temperature over 150 Celsius degrees.
3.The gasoline will be cooled out when the temperature is below 150 Celsius degrees, the rest of the system is same as pyrolysis system.

Two products can be obtained from the used motor oil to diesel fuel recycling machinery plant, 80%-85% diesel, 15%-25% asphalt. For the 80-85% diesel oil, you can used it into heavy machinery, gernerator, and boiler. For the 15%-25% asphalt, could be used for paving, or directly sold to asphalt refineries for further refining.

1. Power: 18KW to higher KW/hour in total (but it is not every device start at the same time).
2. Cooling circuit water: 50m3/hour in total (the water can be recirculated and the more the water flow, the better the cooling down).

   50-60KG coal for processing one ton raw oil for average.
