Sencera

Founded in 2003, Sencera is a thin-film solar module manufacturer headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA. Its development laboratory is a Class 100 Clean Room. The manufacturing space is capable of producing 50mw per year. Initial applications of company technology were applied to transistors and integrated circuits. In 2006, Sencera shifted it technology focus to solar energy. In 2009, Sencera deposited an 8.7% efficient amorphous silicon solar cell.
