Sweet almond oil is a highly unsaturated vegetable oil , its nutrition mainly contains Oleic acid , Linoleic acid and linolenic acid , total value can reach 97.1%, more than 10% than the best Olive Oil , also it contains VA1, VB2, VB5, VC, VE and some microelement , such as , Mn, Fe, Zn, Se and so on.
