Flat Wire Conveyor Belt, also named horseshoe chain mesh belt, honeycomb belt, Great Wall wire belt,  it is made of pivots and metal sheets. The two ends of the pivot are welded. For some specifications, the ends of the pivot can also be seamed. The width of the mesh belt is determined by the mesh belt specifications and the number of odd holes. Flat Wire Belt requires very little maintenance work, and if used properly, it has a long lifespan. The materials of Flat Wire Belts are carbon steel, galvanized steel, 304 and 316 stainless steel.

Materials: Carbon steel, SS 201, SS 304, SS 316. Cross rod: 11 or 12 gauge. Rod diameter: 3 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm. Spiral pitch: 2.4 mm to 100 mm. Rod pitch: 12.7 mm, 25.4 mm, 31.75mm,  38.1 mm, 50.8 mm, 63.5mm, 76.2mm. Flat strip: 9.52 mm wide × 1.17 mm thick, round edge. Belt width: 200 mm to 6, 000 mm. Edge style: clinched edge or welded edge.

Features: Very large open area. Straight-running belt. flat carrying surface. Easy to clean and to install. Wide range of aperture configurations. Strong edge reduces snagging or catching on conveyor protrusions.
