Model 450 Rubber Grinder is used to grind rubber crumb, with front/back roll in diameter of 450mm(single-sloth), roll work-length 1000mm;motor power 55kw;ratio-less geras, module 14nos gear 20 ;roll linear speed 66.09m/min ;featuring high output of rubber powder(mesh # 30can be approx.225kg/hr, so about 1800kg per shift, it's an ideal machine to grind rubber powder.
We can supply the complete plant of machines/equipment to recycle waste rubber tires, starting from tire cutter/split, iron-rim removal, rubber belts/crumbs crushing, ruuber granuals grinding, rubber/fiber separating, metal-separating, rubber powder pulverizer to 20mesh, 30mesh, 40mesh, 60mesh, 80mesh, 120mesh.
Power supply is380V, 50Hz, 3-pahse.
