4. SELLER ISSUES TO BUYER THE PROFORMA INVOICE & THE BUYER MAKES AN ADVANCE DEPOSIT OF 30%.
 
5. UPON CONFIRMATION OF THE 30% ADVANCE DEPOSIT, THE SELLER THEN REGISTERS THE BUYERS ORDER WITH
THE APPOINTED SHIPPING COMPANY AND SENDS TO THE BUYER THE following;

 -B. THE VESSEL PARTICULARS
 
6. WITHIN 48 72 HOURS AFTER RECEIPT AND CONFIRMATION OF THE ABOVE DOCUMENTS, THE BUYER IS EXPECTED TO MAKE ANOTHER PAYMENT OF 30% OF THE ORDER/INVOICE VALUE, AND THEN RECEIVES FROM THE SELLER THE DELIVERY ADVISE FILE  BEFORE THE VESSEL SETS SAIL FOR THE DESTINATION PORT. THE DELIVERY ADVICE FILE WILL COMPRISE OF;

 - B. THE CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN (1 Copy)
 - C. THE SGS Q UALITY AND QUANTITY REPORT (1 Copy)

7. ON BUYER RECEIPT AND CONFIRMATION OF CARGO AT DESTINATION PORT, BUYER CONFIRMS PRODUCT AT HIS DISCHARGE PORT  AFTER SGS REPORT OR OTHER BUYERS RECOMMENDED TEST FROM BUYERS COUNTRY AND COMPLETES BALANCE PAYMENT OF 70% VIA TT - MT103 TO SELLER WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS .
 
8. ON SELLER CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENT, SELLER RELEASE COMMISSION PAYMENTS TO ALL MANDATES, BROKERS AND AGENCY FOLLOWING THE SEALED NCNDA COMMISSION FORMS FOR ALL PARTIES , IF THERE WERE / WOULD BE ANY INVOLVED DURING THE TRANSACTION.
