Such Bale Opener is best designed for used in the work of breaking(splitting) the compressed metals scraps bale (maximum. thick:2mm-3mm).
Strong and heavy-duty steel are in used to fabricate the structure and machine body.
Hydraulic system is chore-oriented in design so as to be capable of spliting/ripping the heavy compressed metal scraps bales.
The metal bales are heavy pressed by press machine horizontally or vertically .Bale Density can be over 2300kg/m3.
Metal scraps or strips are such as iron scraps/sripts/sheet, aluminum scarps, zinc scraps, etc.
size of metals scraps/strip bales can be 1200mm long, 60mmm wide, 60mmm high, etc.
Powerful clamps(jaws) of the machine are doing the workign of ripping each time when the metal bales are placed between these two clamps horizontally .
It's easy and simple operation and maintencane, machines are reliable, high quality of heavy-duty and long life in use.
