Fresh Haddock fillet is loved so much because it holds up great in so many cooking applications and has a fantastic clean taste. It comes from the mid-Atlantic fish grounds and we purchase ours from our fishing partners in New Bedford, Massachusetts, said to be one of the best fishing ports in the USA. We are able to receive this fish on a daily basis which keeps the catch at peak freshness.
