Production Process
1. Harvesting: Select the best quality lemongrass stalks.
2. Preparation: Remove outer leaves, wash, and cut into 20cm - 25cm pieces or as required.
3. Freezing: Freeze at temperatures between -28°C to -36°C for preservation.
4. Packaging: Pack in PA packaging of 10Kg/carton or as per customer requirements.
