Cat eyes is a retroflective safety device used in the road marking and was first of a range of pavement markers.It consists of two pairsof reflective glass spheres set into a rubber dome mounted in cast-iron housing.This is the kind that marks the center of the road with one pair of cat eyeshowing in each direction.
