Fufu is made fromcassava flakes dried and powdered. It packed in a sachet or parcel at 1kg each

Two litters of water is boiled to a boiling point and add 1kg sachet of fufu in to the hot water and turn tighly to a paste. The quanty of fufu pack added to the boiled water depends on the number of te people that intend to each also depends on the prefered tickness of the food
