The company Volun Agro LLC offers for your kind consideration the conclusion of mutually beneficial contract for 2015 MY on the delivery of maize of Ukrainian origin, crop 2014 on the following terms:
1. Quantity: 2 000.00 mt.
2.Price: As of april 200 $/ mt (FOB); 235-270$ (C&F, CIF)
May by arrangement
3.Quality:
Test weight: 75.00 KG/HL minimum
Moisture: 12.00% maximum
Broken kernels: 4.00% maximum
Admixture/Foreign material: 3% maximum
Total damaged kernels: 4.00% maximum (including heat damaged kernels 0.3% maximum)
Aflatoxin: 18 ppb maximum
Protein: 14% min
Non-GMO
Non-glutinous
Other indicators according to ЕU 742 / DSTU 4525:2006
4. Period of delivery: April-May 2015.
5. Terms of delivery: FOB Odessa (Incoterms 2010), C&F, CIF, etc.
6. Acceptable terms of payment: according to the arrangement (partial advance payment, L/C)
The above-mentioned terms are subject to regulation in accordance with the request of the Buyer and signed Contract.
