White jasmine flowers are used for fresh flower arrangements, raw materials for the tea industry and essential oils, as well as export commodities to Singapore. The aim of the study was to formulate the concept of quality standards for fresh and fresh jasmine flowers for industrial raw materials. Quality standards of fresh jasmine flowers and industrial raw materials are needed as benchmark in the development of jasmine flower agribusiness. The quality of fresh jasmine flowers is largely determined by size flower buds, colours, and freshness of flowers. Jasmine flowers from the Tegal, Tangerang, Cirebon and Bogor regions for flower arrangements, and export materials were observed for their physical characteristics.
