Application
CL15/25 Type vertical tank winding machine is used to produce vertical GRP tank with diameter 4-15/25 meters. It is the most advanced and newest vertical GRP tank winding machine in China.
II Structure
The CL15/25 Type vertical GRP tank winding machine is made up of winding, mould rotary, microcomputer controlling and electric control system.
1. The winding system is made up of vertical machine shelf, winding cart, speed reducer transmission device, servo motor, and gum dipping device and yarn creels.
2. The mould rotary system is mainly made up of machine base, turning mechanism, speed reducer transmission device and motor.
3. The microcomputer controlling system is made of transducer, encoder and computers.

1. The synchronous belt of the twister is design to run inside the square tube of the vertical shelf. The beam of the mould is dismountable. The product has compact structure and is safe and reliable, which ensures the quick and easy installation on site.
2. The servo motor is manufactured by Panasonic Company in Japan, whose quality is without parallel.
3. The main bearing of die rotating table of the mould is a high-tech and high-precision product produced by Sino-German joint venture. It can bear axial and radial heavy load simultaneously, so as to achieve more compact design, simpler maintenance, and more reliable operation of the rotating system.
4. The most advanced microcomputer control system and electric control system at home enable you to control linear speed of glass fiber yarn and die rotating speed within an ideal range at your will to guarantee high product quality, high yield rate and low consumption, and important operation parameters and technological parameters in the whole manufacture process are obviously shown on computer screens.
