SUDEM SPONGE CAKE MIX
INGREDIENTS: Wheat flour, sugar, modified starch, dextrose, emulsifier (no added sugar esters of fatty acids), acidity regulator (sodium bicarbonate), nature identical clumping inhibitor (calcium tri phosphate)
MAKING: Kg Sudem Sponge Cake Mix is kneading with 150 ml water and 650 gr (13 eggs) for 5 minutes. Obtained mix is baked at 180 °C for 40-45 minutes.
Gluten, soy and sesame seeds contains. Egg powder, milk and dairy products, nuts, almonds, walnuts and sulfur dioxide and sulfites are produced in the same lines. Those who are not allergic to these products may consume. GMO does not contain.
