The La Vera paprika is a product with Denomination of Origin, resulting from the milling of red peppers of Ocales, Jaranda, Jariza, Jeromn varieties and Ball. It is grown and produced in the region of La Vera province of Caceres, Spain. Paprika de la Vera is a product of smoked flavor and scent due to the smoke drying process the peppers. Its color is red with relative brightness. It has a great coloring power, the greater the variety Ocales that variety Bola. The flavor, aroma and color are stable given the slow drying process used in its preparation.
