The heating device developed by our company uses energy-saving coal-fired furnace which is used to replace gas producer and other heating modes; direct coal-fired heat-supply, less investment, simple operation, energy conservation and environmental protection; Several modified Mannheim furnaces can share a set of hydrochloric acid recycling equipment; saving coal, electricity and manpower; daily feed (KCL) 33-35 tons/day to produce 40-43 tons of potassium sulfate; annual output of potassium sulfate 12000 tons - 13500 tons and hydrochloric acid- 14000 tons - 16000 tons.
For conventional potassium sulfate production installation (silicon carbide reacting furnace); single-set feed (KCL) 20-21 tons/day; daily output of produce potassium sulfate: 24-26 tons /day; annual output 7000-7500 tons.
