Parkia biglobosa known in Englisu as African locust beans is a perenial deciduous tree in the family of Fabaceae. It is found in a wide range of environments Africa and is primarilly grown for ite pods that contain both a sweet pulp and reliable seeds.
Locust beans helps to promote good sight and drives away hypertension diseases conditions like stroke and diabetes. It also contains tannins astringent substances found in many pants. Foods rich in tannins are often recommended for treatment of diarrhoea and also uelps in weight loss.
