LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) is commonly referred to in many overseas countries as \'autogas\' and is a propane and butane mixture. It is a tri-carbon alkane that is in gaseous form at atmospheric pressure, but becomes a liquid at normal temperatures and low pressure.
