Therefore, we have developed energy-saving models of high speed braiding machines. The electrical part of the machine has not been changed. Through mechanical principles, bearings are added to the bottom of the machine to reduce resistance. Now parts wear will be also reduced and the noise of the machine as well. The machine speed and the production capacity are still the same, but the energy saving is more. For example: originally, the model of 90-32-2 is 0.75kw motor, but now 0.37kw is enough, saving 40%-50% of energy.
