Garri is dry, crimpsy, creamy - white and granular. It is made from cassava roots that has been crushed into a mash fermented and sieved into small pieces known as grits. The grits are then roasted or fried to make the final cripsy product. It is commonly found in West Africa. There are two types of garri yellow and white. Although garri is a starchy food, it is low in caloriesh and with highh fibre contents that will help you stay full for longer period.
