This fruit is yellow berry when ripped, 25 to 30 cm long, known as Cocoa pod and contains up to 70 seeds. When the seeds are dried and fermented in the sun they are brownish red, and known as cocoa beans. Chocolate is made from cocoa beans. This is south Indian variety one of the best one in the world.
